If so, keep reading Role Overview Due to recent expansion, and a move to a much larger site, we are seeking experienced and dedicated Warehouse Operatives to support the continued growth of our depot. This role will involve a variety of tasks that are essential to the smooth operation of the warehouse. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate a Forklift Truck (FLT) to offload, load, and move freight Check in and book shipments using our in-house system Unload and load freight from both company and third-party vehicles, including double-deck trailers Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Perform a variety of ad hoc warehouse-related tasks as required Essential Skills and Experience: Excellent Forklift Truck operating skills is a must Proven experience in warehouse operations Strong communication skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Desirable Skills and Experience: A passion for physical, varied work AVSEC CO Trained Personal Attributes: Flexible and adaptable mindset Friendly and approachable personality Professional appearance What We Offer: Overtime opportunities during busy periods 20 days of holiday (rising to 22 after 2 years) Full support and training from our Warehouse Management team Career Progression Company uniform Refer a friend scheme Long standing Service Awards Immediate start available Additional Information: A full 5-year background check, Criminal Record check, and the necessary Right to Work checks will be required.
