This role will take full responsibility for on site construction delivery, stakeholder coordination, and safety led execution from project start through to completion. Your role will include: Acting as the primary on site focal point with the end client and consortium partners Leading and managing construction activities from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with programme, budget and quality requirements Overseeing all site operations, including site preparation, equipment installation, and supporting infrastructure works Providing technical guidance and leadership throughout the construction phase, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, regulations and codes Managing contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, supervising works and ensuring adherence to specifications Implementing quality control processes and carrying out inspections to maintain high construction standards Proactively identifying risks and resolving issues efficiently to minimise disruption Coordinating effectively with engineers, designers, consultants and local authorities Enforcing strict health, safety and environmental standards and embedding a safety first culture on site Maintaining accurate site records, progress reporting and documentation for all project stakeholders What you bring to the role: 10+ years' experience managing large scale industrial or energy infrastructure construction projects Degree qualified in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering Strong working knowledge of MS Office (experience with project management software is advantageous) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Project Management certification is desirable Proven leadership, organisational and decision making capability What's on offer: Pension plan Health insurance programme Corporate mobile phone Flexible and collaborative working culture focused on productivity, innovation and delivery

We are looking for a Senior HSE Manager to join our team based in Cheshire working for a leading EPC. - Initial 6 months plus - Site Based Job description: Sustain a productive safe work environment / culture in order to avoid and minimize HSE related problems. Support the HSE Lead to provide a sufficient level of project HSE oversight on multiple work fronts across both ISBL and OSBL sites. Provide guidance, assistance and advice to Project matters, project management, and Company organizations through interpretation of Company HSE practices and procedures in relation to client requirements and current legislation and regulations Conduct Project Inductions and other training Participate in Project HSE Meeting Conduct Site, inspections, Audits, Contractor reviews and site investigations Liaise as necessary between the Company, client, and regulatory agencies in order to provide assistance and resolution in regard to audits, remedial actions, and other HSE related issues Provide review and input of contractors permit applications, risk assessments and method statements Collection and monitoring of HSE metrics Strong CDM background Qualifications Relevant Degree or certifications Relevant experience

Job description The candidate should have experience of working on in a construction environment and they will have experience of working on an integrated schedule and have basic understanding of how integrated Project Controls management information is achieved. They should be able to demonstrate their ability to prioritize multiple schedule related activities to support successful delivery. Liaising with the supply chain to assurance contract compliance of their Schedule related information Support the on-time production and quality of month end IWS forecast, baseline and Performance Reports for their direct scope of works. Support stakeholder management to ensure successful delivery of SZC. Qualifications Essential Experience working in the design and construction environment. Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team. Good planning and scheduling knowledge Experience in Primavera P6 Understanding of Schedule Hierarchy, Schedule integration, and Schedule change. Understanding of various contracts (such as NEC, FIDIC) and how they relate to the schedule. Desirable Degree or equivalent qualification in business analysis, accounting, finance, construction, engineering or project management, or related technical field. Understanding of QSRA Understanding of the Design processes Understanding of CDM and the impact on the schedule. Associate membership of AACE, PMI, APM or similar association with association certifications. User of a range of reporting and analytics software and project controls systems, particularly Power BI. Experience in the Civil Nuclear sector.
