You'll work closely with senior management to support day-to-day F&B operations across restaurant and bar environments, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth service delivery. Customer Solutions Agent Kilmarnock - Start date 10th August 2026 £26,000 plus a potential £500 monthly bonus Fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's largest buyers and collectors of unpaid loans and other forms of credit. As a Collections Agent, you will handle inbound and outbound calls to help customers become debt-free. You'll receive best-in-class training to provide you with the skills required to perform successfully in your role. Once trained, you will work within a Voice team and become a valued member of our wider Collections team.
