Compliance Quality Assurance Financial Advice/Wealth Management Fram Search is partnering with a respected Financial Planning firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Quality Assurance professional to strengthen its technical oversight function. This is a key role within the business, focused on maintaining high advice standards and protecting the firm through robust quality control processes. You will play an important part in reviewing and assessing suitability reports and technical research to ensure they meet regulatory requirements, internal standards and best practice guidelines. Responsibilities will include conducting structured file reviews, carrying out quality assurance checks across client cases, monitoring the consistency and quality of advice provided, and identifying trends or areas for improvement. You will also be responsible for producing regular reporting on advice standards and working closely with advisers and technical teams to promote continuous improvement. The firm is seeking someone with: A minimum of 5 years' experience within a Quality Assurance, Compliance or Technical Paraplanning role Strong working knowledge of financial planning regulation and industry standards The Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential) The confidence to challenge constructively and uphold high professional standards This opportunity would suit a technically strong individual who enjoys oversight, governance and maintaining excellence within a financial planning environment. OTE £60k plus Remote UK Based CeMAP Fram are working with a national mortgage broker looking to hiring an additional member of the team. Due to growth our client needs an experience mortgage and protection advisor with excellent knowledge of the market to complement their existing team. They offer a range of mortgage and protections solutions across the whole of the market. Will provide monthly verified leads to help you grow your client bank but do want advisors who have a track record of developing business themselves too. The role is home based and self-employed, but our client will provide, compliance, coaching and Development, full IT support, help pitching to introducers and marketing campaigns as well as leads. Responsibilities : Use effective questioning skills to establish customer needs. Recommend lenders mortgage and protection products to customers for whom they are suitable Ensure that all advice is given based on a full and detailed fact find which complies with both the company's and our regulator's requirements. Maintain accurate and relevant customer records. Keep up to date on market and regulations. Present appropriate recommendations in a clear, concise, and accurate manner, both verbally and in writing. Adhere to all regulatory requirements To be considered, you must have been giving mortgage advisor for a few years and hold the CeMAP qualification. Be a self-motivated and well organised individual with a willingness to learn and ensure that clients always receive first class, ethical advice.
