Finance Business Partner - Children's & Schools - Interim Spencer Clarke Group are working closely with a Local Authority to appoint an Interim Finance Business Partner to lead financial support across Children's Services and Schools. This is a senior interim assignment supporting the full budget cycle, DSG reporting, statutory returns and high-quality budget monitoring across the Directorate. Educational Psychologist - East Midlands (Face to Face) We're partnering with a Local Authority in the East Midlands who are seeking experienced Educational Psychologists to support with statutory Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments (EHCNAs). Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality psychological input and advice to inform the EHCP process Conduct in-person assessments to identify learning needs, emotional wellbeing, and barriers to achievement Produce clear, child-focused statutory reports to support decision-making Work in partnership with schools, families, and other professionals, always keeping the child or young person at the centre Recommend evidence-based strategies and interventions for pupils with behavioural, emotional, and learning needs Offer consultation and training to school staff, helping to strengthen inclusive practice and build long-term capacity What We're Looking For: Postgraduate qualification in Educational Psychology HCPC registration (essential) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Proven experience of working with children and young people, with a commitment to improving outcomes Role Details: £550 - £650 per day Face-to-face assessments required Hybrid flexibility for reports/admin Inside IR35 Additional Benefits: Flexible working arrangements to suit your schedule Referral scheme worth £500 if you recommend a colleague we successfully place To apply, email or call Dane on .
