As a College Services Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations across student services, ensuring smooth administration, high-quality support, and engaging student activities. Hours of Work: Full-time College Services Officer Duties: As a College Services Officer, your responsibilities include supporting student accommodation queries, organising registration and induction processes, assisting in student ambassador programmes, managing student records, leading support programmes for at-risk students, handling financial records and attendance monitoring, coordinating student events, facilitating communication with sponsors, responding to enquiries, producing essential student documentation, developing the student voice through representative programmes, administering surveys, supporting transfer programmes, and maintaining strong relationships with key university services. You will also ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and GDPR regulations while undertaking any further tasks as directed by your line manager or senior management.
