You will deliver a high quality and robust compliance and responsive service, ensuring works and servicing programmes are delivered effectively, on time and required standards are met. Your duties will include monitoring reports, raising repairs and the allocation of identified Fire Risk Assessment tasks to relevant teams and specialist contractors, as well as other admin and database duties relating to building safety. Having previously worked in a similar role, you will have substantial compliance experience and will ideally be a member of a relevant body such has IOSH, RICS, CIOB, RIBA, CIBSE or IFSM. You will need to hold a health and safety qualification such as NEBOSH or IOSH.
