The role also involves collaboration with Operations Hubs, Quality Assurance teams, and other surveyors to maintain service standards, compliance, and client satisfaction. Requirements of the Role: RICS qualified and a Registered Valuer Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience Knowledge and experience of the local area (within a 40-mile radius of homebase) Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve targets Strong interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills Full driving licence required Ability to meet lender and client panel requirements Remuneration & Benefits: This role offers a competitive and performance-driven remuneration package: Salary: Circa £50k - £60k dependent upon location & experience Uncapped Commission: 10% on personal net billing, paid monthly Average on-target earnings: £70k - £80k per annum Car Allowance: £5,000 per annum plus business mileage Additional Benefits Include: 5 weeks' annual leave plus birthday leave 4 wellbeing days per annum Homebased working Reward platform Inclusive and supportive working environment with open communication RICS subscription fees paid Ongoing CPD through conferences and professional events Employer and employee pension contributions Private medical and dental cover Industry-leading technology Locations: Areas of Growth: , midlands .
