REMOTE POSITION Business Development Consultant required by a fintech and MPS firm offering you the chance to take ownership of financial adviser (IFA) relationships, develop your commercial skills and rapidly progress your career in a growing business. You'll be working with a mix of inbound and proactively gained opportunities, developing your own network, building long term relationships and helping convert financial adviser (IFA) interest into long term business. For the right person, it's a chance to build on existing sales experience or move beyond adviser support, administration or pure account servicing and take a more commercial role within the industry. This isn't a "hard sell" Business Development role. Instead, success will come from a consultative, service-led, relationship-driven approach where the conversion into customer comes from awareness and trust. You'll be trained and supported. You'll join at a particularly interesting point in the company's evolution as it invests heavily in the modernisation of its software platforms and infrastructure. With a major digital transformation underway and AI becoming an increasingly important part of the technology strategy, the role offers the chance to help shape the future cloud and platform estate of a large SaaS business. The right candidate is likely to be a senior Site Reliability Engineer or Cloud, Platform or DevOps leader with a strong combination of Azure and AWS experience, already operating at the intersection of engineering, architecture and technology leadership, and who is comfortable bring hands-on while leading, defining standards, guiding investment decisions and delivering initiatives.
