Location : Addlestone (full-time office based) Hours : Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week Salary : Equivalent to 26,000 pro rata for the first three months, increasing to approximately 29,500 pro rata thereafter An immediate opportunity has become available for a confident and organised Communications Assistant to join a busy and supportive communications team within a well-established organisation based in Surrey. This is a temporary assignment running until the end of November 2026. This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys keeping things organised, communicating with people, and working across a mixture of administration, content and coordination tasks. No two days are quite the same, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and being part of a collaborative office environment. Key responsibilities will include: Managing incoming enquiries via email and telephone Supporting internal and external communications activities Updating website content and publishing information online Assisting with weekly staff communications and internal updates Maintaining accurate records and supporting reporting activities Helping different teams across the organisation with correspondence and general communications support Assisting with presentation and display materials where needed You'll be great for this role if you: Have administration experience and have worked with websites and content management systems Enjoy collaborating with different teams, and can build relationships with people quickly Are comfortable using Microsoft Office (including Outlook) and learning new systems Have good attention to detail and organisational skills Have confidence in managing a busy and varied workload This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain further experience within a professional communications environment while working as part of a friendly and supportive team. This role will focus on reviewing and improving how core systems are delivered and used across the organisation - helping shape whether future solutions are built internally, bought externally, or a combination of both. Production Engineer Location: Woking, Surrey Salary: £28,000-£30,000 per annum We're supporting a well-established engineering and manufacturing business based in Woking looking for a Production Engineer to join their team. This is a varied role offering exposure across product configuration, technical drawings, internal coordination and production routing. It would suit a graduate engineer or someone in the early stages of their engineering career looking to develop within a supportive environment. The role Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll support products moving from customer enquiry through to production. Responsibilities will include: Producing and updating 2D technical drawings using CAD software Supporting technical responses to customer requirements Coordinating internally with manufacturing and warehouse teams Routing components through production processes Supporting estimating activities linked to production time and resource planning Preparing technical documentation where required Working closely with internal teams to support delivery of projects This is a varied position with strong interaction across departments rather than a purely desk-based design role.
