Workshop Team Leader Fabrication & Machining Location: Telford Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (39 hours/week) Pay: £18.00 £19.00 per hour (DOE) A well-established sheet metal fabrication company, specialising in mild and stainless steel, is seeking a proactive and experienced Workshop Team Leader to oversee a skilled team of welders, fabricators, and machinists. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage daily operations within the workshop. Supervise and support a team of welders, fabricators, and machinists. Ensure production targets and quality standards are met. Maintain a safe and efficient working environment. Coordinate workflow and allocate tasks effectively. Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery. Requirements: Proven experience in a workshop leadership role. Strong background in sheet metal fabrication, particularly with mild and stainless steel. Hands-on knowledge of welding, fabrication, and machining processes.
