Working under the supervision and coordination of the Administration Manager, you will play a key role in resolving all customer queries and complaints. Location: Corby Contract Type: Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift Pay Rate: £14.45 per hour (Overtime and unsociable hours paid at premium rates) Key Responsibilities of the role: Manage and process all damage claims via relevant carriers and the OBT platform, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution Assess and process non-conforming damage claims through warranty channels Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and managing expectations Raise and manage repair jobs for authorised claims Order and manage parts for repairs, ensuring cost efficiency and minimal downtime Maintain accurate records across internal systems for reporting and audit purposes Handle and resolve customer complaints from shared mailboxes Investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions Support the Customer Account Team with operational and technical assistance Analyse claims and complaint data to identify trends and improve processes Provide general administrative and operational support during peak periods Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports highlighting performance and risks Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and company policies Undertake additional duties as required About you: GCSE Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English Previous experience in an Claims Handling role, ideally within automotive or logistics environments. Strong numeracy and literacy skills with excellent attention to detail Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) We are seeking a proactive individual who can manage their own workload while supporting wider team objectives. If you are a hands-on, organised individual with administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you! Location : Killingholme (DN40) Contract Type : Permanent Pay Rate : £12.79ph, paid weekly every friday. Working hours : Weekly shift rotation: 7.30am-3.30pm / 10am-6pm. Overtime: Overtime and weekend working is available when work dictates, this is paid at a premium rate. About the role: As an administrator, you will be required to provide administrative assistance to help ensure the successful completing of all compound objectives, including responding to enquiries and resolving concerns in a professional and prompt manner to ensure all vehicles, movement and services are recorded and accounted for while adhering to Groupe CAT Policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: To ensure 20/20 system (in-house system) is maintained at all times regarding vehicle status Organise and print paperwork for the Compound Team to pull and build loads Print all job sheets for workshop Maintain spreadsheets and databases regarding all work carried out in the Workshop Collate all documents once loads have been arrived or despatched and update systems Maintain effective communication across the team to ensure Compound Team are aware of haulier commitments and self collects Communicates with Compound Teams to ensure correct documentation reaches the correct vehicles Provide administrative support to department and Inbound / Outbound Compound Manager Produce report on a daily / weekly / monthly basis Undertake general administration tasks across the site To ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times. The site is open between 6:00am to 8:00pm and shifts will be between these times. Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking Compound Drivers . This is an outdoor position where you will play a key role in ensuring vehicles are stored and maintained to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Store and park vehicles in the compound according to company and customer standards. Operate a handheld device to track the vehicles movements. Maintain vehicles by performing tasks such as inflating tyres and conducting safety checks. Drive vehicles safely and efficiently within the yard. Communicate effectively with company staff to coordinate the movement of cars. Follow agreed valet/wash services to ensure vehicles are ready. Support with Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) as needed which include checking fluid levels, battery status, tyre pressure, and ensuring all safety features like lights, brakes, and wipers are functioning properly. You ll also ensure the vehicle s interior, and exterior are free of any defects or damage, making sure it meets quality standards. Document any issues or defects found during inspections and communicate them to the team leader for resolution. The primary function of this role operates outdoors in a large automotive compound facility. Its associated duties are conducted in varying weather conditions throughout the year (PPE is provided to support such tasks). As you will be expected to store and transport vehicles in an outdoor logistics facility which also involves moderate amounts of general walking throughout the working day.
