Based in Wokingham, UK, Intersurgical Ltd is a global designer, manufacturer and supplier of a wide range of high-quality medical devices for respiratory care, providing flexible patient solutions for airway management, anaesthesia, critical care, and oxygen and aerosol therapy for applications within emergency care, hospitals and also in the home.Due to a pending carve-out acquisition, Intersurgical is expanding its Integration Management Office (IMO) and is seeking skilled project support professionals to support one of the largest and most complex integrations in the medical device sector.We are looking for professionals with experience in project coordination, programme administration, reporting, document control and operational support.Although this role sits within the IMO rather than an individual business function, the successful candidate will provide organised, reliable support across the integration programme.This is a project support and coordination role. It is an opportunity for an experienced professional to apply their organisational and programme support skills within a fast-paced integration environment, working alongside executive leadership to ensure successful Day 1 readiness and post-close integration.The successful candidate will provide high-quality project support, coordination and operational administration to the Integration Management Office, ensuring programme governance, documentation, reporting, meetings and business processes are managed effectively. They will support the day-to-day operation of the IMO by maintaining accurate records, coordinating activities, tracking actions and milestones, preparing programme materials and help teams follow agreed processes. Whilst the role does not own functional integration decisions, it provides the structured administrative and operational support that enables the programme to operate efficiently and deliver its objectives. Essential Experience/Qualifications At least three years' experience in an administrative, project support, PMO, office support or project coordination role Experience supporting complex programmes, business transformation or integration activities Experience supporting senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams English proficiency at C1/C2 level if English is not the candidate's first language Desirable Experience/Qualifications Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related discipline Experience within regulated manufacturing or the medical device industry Experience using project management or collaboration tools Key Skills & Competencies Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple activities and priorities effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across different teams Ability to maintain accurate project records, documentation, action logs, risks and issues, supporting effective programme governance and reporting Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks and proactively identify opportunities for improvement Ability to adapt and remain effective in a complex, fast-paced and changing environment Hours of Work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Additional hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required to meet programme demands Equal OpportunitiesWe are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace for all. We are looking to recruit a Project Engineer to support a major capital project involving the introduction of a new production line within a regulated medical manufacturing environment.This position will be joining our thriving UK medical device manufacturing company to work within our Site Services Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in the technical delivery of the new production line, ensuring equipment and systems are specified, installed, commissioned, and validated in accordance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and project timelines.The role provides exposure to suppliers, manufacturing equipment, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, quality, and operations teams.
