Responsibilities:1. To receive, prioritise and process photocopying requisitions. 2. To operate the photocopying machinery/equipment in the most efficient and cost effective manner. 3. To ensure appropriate stocks of materials and supplies are maintained. 4. To maintain records of photocopying/resources used. 5. To maintain and undertake basic repairs to equipment where practical to do so or arrange alternative servicing by approved contractors. 6. To be responsible for the safe storage of equipment and materials and the disposal of waste products in accordance with the relevant regulations, guidelines and school procedures. 7.
