Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Apprentice - Kick start your career in Logistics Are you ready to start an exciting career in logistics and warehousing? As a Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Apprentice , you'll get hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of supply chain operations, within our central stores team. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn on the job, develop new skills, and grow your career while being part of a supportive team. This role requires study and completion of the relevant apprenticeship qualification, you will complete a minimum of 6 hours for study and off the job training to complete this course. The ideal candidate is motivated, eager to learn, and physically fit for warehouse tasks. They possess strong attention to detail, good teamwork skills, and a positive attitude. Basic problem-solving abilities and a willingness to follow safety protocols are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Receiving goods : Assisting with unloading deliveries and checking the quantity and quality of items. Storing items: Learning how to properly organise and store products in the warehouse to maximise space and efficiency. Picking and packing orders: Gathering products from storage to fulfil customer or internal orders and preparing them for dispatch. Inventory management: Monitoring stock levels, conducting regular stock counts, and helping maintain accurate records. Loading and shipping: Assisting with packaging and loading goods onto delivery vehicles, ensuring they are properly secured for transport. Health and safety: Learning safety regulations and best practices to ensure a safe working environment. Are you a Surveyor seeking a new opportunity with OTE of up to £60k PA plus? Do you have window and door, or a home improvement background? At Anglian Home Improvements we are looking for a Surveyor to work in and around the Aylesbury area. Our Surveyors are responsible for verifying the customers contractual requirements and providing accurate measurements and drawings to facilitate a timely and successful installation. Our Surveyor , Field Surveyor, Estimators or Window and Door Surveyor's , will be excellent communicators and provide outstanding service to our customers. Who we are At Anglian we have a quality ethos and want every customer to enjoy the experience of making home improvements with us. To achieve this, we need experienced Surveyor's , Field Surveyor's, Estimators or Window and Door Surveyors to independently assess each job to fully understand our customer's requirements and offer solutions to mitigate any risks. What the role entails Making arrangements with the customer to carry out their technical survey in line with our survey completion targets Travelling within the region to undertake the customer's survey following our high standards, to ensure accurate measurements and drawings are provided in line with our Right first time, methodology Confirm with the customer all details and designs ordered are suitable, ensuring they are happy to proceed and have a full understanding of what they have ordered as well as offering solutions where applicable.
