HR Advisor We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor who brings a mix of professionalism, pragmatism, and people-first thinking - someone who can balance the day-to-day realities of HR with a genuine passion for supporting others to do their best work. This is a varied, generalist role where no two days are the same. You'll provide sound advice and guidance to managers and employees on all aspects of the employee lifecycle - from onboarding and development to performance, wellbeing, and change. You'll also take ownership of employee relations and casework, handling matters with fairness, discretion, and confidence. Candidates with HR Generalist experience in fast paced, hands-on environments-preferably within manufacturing- who demonstrate adaptability to operational requirements and effective communication across all organisational levels are encouraged to apply. Legal Counsel Location: Norwich, Norfolk Permanent In-House Legal About the Role We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to provide high-quality, commercially focused legal advice across the Group. This is a pivotal, business-facing role supporting senior stakeholders on complex commercial contracts, legal risk management, and governance. . You will act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership , leading and developing the in-house legal function while delivering pragmatic, solution-oriented legal support in a fast-paced commercial environment. Key Responsibilities Legal Risk & Strategic Business Advisory Provide clear, pragmatic legal and commercial advice to executive management and operational teams. Proactively identify, assess and mitigate legal, regulatory and contractual risk . Develop and maintain a robust legal risk management and governance framework aligned to legislation and Group policy. Deliver legal training and guidance to managers on key legal and regulatory topics. Manage disputes and oversee external legal spend proportionately. Commercial Contracts (B2B & B2C) Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of complex commercial contracts , including: Sales and procurement agreements Services contracts and framework agreements SLAs, NDAs, terms & conditions and bespoke arrangements Advise on contractual risk, liability, indemnities, pricing mechanisms and commercial protections . Partner with Procurement, Marketing and Operations on non-standard or innovative contractual solutions. Embed effective contract management and governance practices across the business. Essential Requirements Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) or equivalent. Law degree (2:1 or above). Significant post-qualification experience gained in-house and/or private practice. Strong experience drafting and negotiating complex B2B and B2C commercial contracts . Demonstrable experience providing practical legal advice to senior stakeholders . Are you a Surveyor seeking a new opportunity with OTE of up to £60k PA plus? Do you have window and door, or a home improvement background? At Anglian Home Improvements we are looking for a Surveyor to work in and around the Aylesbury area. Our Surveyors are responsible for verifying the customers contractual requirements and providing accurate measurements and drawings to facilitate a timely and successful installation. Our Surveyor , Field Surveyor, Estimators or Window and Door Surveyor's , will be excellent communicators and provide outstanding service to our customers. Who we are At Anglian we have a quality ethos and want every customer to enjoy the experience of making home improvements with us. To achieve this, we need experienced Surveyor's , Field Surveyor's, Estimators or Window and Door Surveyors to independently assess each job to fully understand our customer's requirements and offer solutions to mitigate any risks. What the role entails Making arrangements with the customer to carry out their technical survey in line with our survey completion targets Travelling within the region to undertake the customer's survey following our high standards, to ensure accurate measurements and drawings are provided in line with our Right first time, methodology Confirm with the customer all details and designs ordered are suitable, ensuring they are happy to proceed and have a full understanding of what they have ordered as well as offering solutions where applicable.
