Are you a recent graduate with a passion for IT and an interest in solving complex technical challenges? We are currently looking for a Graduate to join a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) offering tailored solutions in cloud infrastructure, cyber security, and proactive IT support. What will you be doing? Providing Third Line IT Support for internal and external clients Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues across hardware, software, and networks. Supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, and EDR solutions. Visiting client sites to deliver hands-on support and build strong relationships. Assisting with infrastructure deployments, migrations, and cyber security implementations. Collaborating with senior engineers and contributing to continuous service improvement. What We're Looking For? A recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Strong troubleshooting skills and a keen interest in IT infrastructure and cyber security. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-especially in client-facing scenarios. A proactive mindset and willingness to learn from experienced professionals. Full Time Hours, Monday - Friday.
