Job Title: Site HR Manager Location: Aldershot, Hampshire Salary: £60,000 - £67,000 FTE Hours: Part Time 22hours per week Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take on a leadership role? We re looking for a Part Time Site HR Manager to join this senior team and lead HR operations at a key site. This is a standalone position where you ll combine strategic input with hands-on delivery. Ideally this candidate will work 22 hours per week over 3 days. You ll oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations, including union engagement. You ll also champion talent development and succession planning while promoting a positive, inclusive culture. The part time Site HR Manager role is site-based with occasional travel. You ll play a vital part in maintaining a safe working environment and supporting organisational change initiatives. About You: You ll bring strong HR generalist experience, ideally in a manufacturing or operational setting. CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent) is essential, along with knowledge of UK employment law. Experience in unionised environments and handling complex ER matters is key.
