This is a permanent position offering a salary of 40,000 plus a competitive commission structure. The ideal candidate will be driven and proactive, with a passion for driving business growth. Shifts & Salary: Monday to Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PM 1 day a week in Halifax office, with the rest of the week offering hybrid working 40,000 plus competitive commission structure Company car or 500 per month car allowance Duties: Drive new business by identifying and pursuing opportunities in the fire and security sector. Generate leads through networking, industry events, and market research. Sell a range of fire and security services, tailoring solutions to meet client needs. Travel to meet clients and customers, ensuring strong relationships are developed and maintained. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing company offerings. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the company CRM system. Requirements: Proven experience in a business development or sales role, ideally within the fire and security industry (industry experience is preferred but not essential). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. Full UK driving licence and own transport. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively to meet deadlines. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Operator with a Counterbalance FLT Licence to join our clients dynamic team in a technical production and manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of production and manufacturing processes, ensuring that batches are mixed efficiently and meet the highest standards of quality. THE SALARY AND BENEFITS: 6-2/2-10 rotating 06:00 - 14:00 - £12.50 per hour 14:00 - 22:00 - £15.00 per hour Pension scheme of up to 10% Extra weeks pay at Christmas Breaks are paid. Time off in lieu (TOIL) employees can take time off work instead of receiving overtime pay for extra hours worked 23 days holiday pay + 6 balance days (extra time off) increase in pay once fully trained and competent in the full process Temporary to permanent position, you will be given a contract depending on timekeeping, attendance and success. 2 week shut down during summer holidays. Must have an FLT Counterbalance licence Experience in a production or manufacturing setting, working with raw materials.
