Depending on your experience, skills and operational requirements, you may work across several departments, including Pick and Pack, Inbound, Stock Control, Returns and Kitting. Key Responsibilities Pick and Pack Accurately pick and pack customer orders. Complete a three-day training period. Work towards achieving the required pick and pack targets from your fourth shift onwards. Maintain accuracy and productivity within a fast-paced working environment. Training and Onboarding Successful candidates will also have opportunities to develop their warehouse skills, including potential upskilling to HLOP equipment where appropriate. Performance and Attendance Expectations Pick and Pack colleagues will receive three days of training and will be expected to work towards the required productivity targets from their fourth shift. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential. During the main peak period of approximately two weeks, attendance will be monitored daily due to increased operational demand. Daily shift-confirmation messages will be sent before each scheduled shift. Breaks Break arrangements will be confirmed at the start of each shift by the Shift Manager or Team Leader and will consist of either: One 30-minute break and one 15-minute break; or One 45-minute break. Skills and Experience The successful candidate will: Be reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining excellent attendance. Be comfortable working in a busy, target-driven warehouse environment. Have good physical fitness and be able to lift and move boxes safely. Demonstrate excellent attention to detail. Be able to follow instructions and work safely. Work well independently and as part of a team. Have basic IT skills. Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
