This opportunity allows you to shape Health and Safety practices at their flagship site in Wells. What Can You Expect in This Role? Support and implement the Health and Safety plan for the Wells site, embedding a proactive safety culture across all levels. Ensure compliance with UK health, safety, and environmental regulations, driving best practices across site operations. Conduct audits, risk assessments, and COSHH evaluations to maintain a safe and compliant workplace. Lead HSE training, provide coaching to line managers, and deliver robust accident investigations with sustainable corrective actions. What Does This Role Offer You? What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a senior HSE role, ideally in manufacturing, logistics, or a process-driven environment. Good knowledge of UK HSE legislation and ISO management systems.
