Job Opportunity: Skilled Upholsterer / Trimmer Rossendale Our client based in Rossendale is seeking a talented and experienced Upholsterer/Trimmer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in upholstery who takes pride in their craftsmanship and can work independently. Key Responsibilities: Upholstering and trimming a variety of furniture including seats, chairs, and office furniture Working with different materials such as fabric, leather, and vinyl Measuring, cutting, sewing, and fitting upholstery components Ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in upholstery or trimming Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Skilled in using hand and power tools relevant to the trade Strong eye for detail and quality Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent results Position Details: Type: Temp to Perm Full-time position offered after successful probation Location: Rossendale Pay Rate: £13.00 £15.00 per hour (depending on experience and skill level) Start Date: Immediate start available This role offers long-term stability and the chance to become a valued member of a growing team. CNC Press Brake Op/Setter Duties Daily start up and shut down of the machine Working with sheet metal, dealing with a variety of products and materials To produce fault free products Maintaining a tidy and organised department. Work in accordance with company processes and procedures. To check job paperwork and liaise with the Drawing department for tooling/program issues Meeting production demands and targets. To record sheet usage against scrap/waste Ensuring quality and high standards are constantly m Skills Set/ Op CNC Press Brake Excellent interpersonal skills High level of attention to detail and accuracy is paramount. Excellent numeracy skills Ability to communicate at all levels either face to face or in writing. Working knowledge of CNC machinery Excellent work planning and organisational skills Ability to meet deadlines Hours of work are from 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Thurs, Fri 8am-3pm ( 39 hour week) pm with a 30 minute unpaid break for lunch 14- 16 prhr depending on skill-set

Working in a fast paced production environment, you will be required to operate a machine producing a foam product. Duties will include Machine Operating Machine Minding Packing at the end of the line Palletising Keeping work station clean and tidy Worked to health and safety procedures This position is working a three shift system. 6-2pm -2-10pm and nights. These shifts will rotate weekly and you will be required to work all three shifts. Immediate start for the right candidate.
