Key Skills Strong knowledge of drainage systems, equipment, and working methods Excellent organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure Confident in learning and implementing new processes Full UK driving licence (plumbing NVQ and water jetting qualifications preferred) Duties Managing and supporting a team of drainage engineers Ordering materials, raising quotations, and liaising with suppliers Supervising works on-site and ensuring quality standards Handling client inquiries, updates, and job bookings through live systems Coordinating with CCTV survey teams and managing client portals Implementing processes to improve operational efficiency Overseeing drainage reactive and planned works, monitoring progress, and providing technical support Liaising with clients regularly and assisting with escalations, including occasional out-of-hours support Conducting site visits, audits, and vehicle inspections Preparing RAMS and recommendations in collaboration with estimators and buying teams Benefits Company car/van, fuel card, phone, and iPad Private healthcare Pension scheme
