Your responsibilities as a Production Team Leader will include Managing team of around 17 members. Training and mentoring new team members; and providing ongoing support to enhance their skills and performance. What you'll be doing Develop end to end expertise of all process technology deployed at our Menstrie manufacturing location Be a thought leader for fermentation technology that helps define and shape continuous improvement strategies and plans through deep expertise in fermentation engineering and microbial physiology.
