Our client, based in Cambridge, is looking for a PA to join their team. This is a permanent role; office based, 8.30am-4.30pm, Monday-Friday. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting a senior team. The PA role is varied and demanding; the ideal candidate will deliver effective, high-level support, in a fast-paced environment. The role needs an experienced and confident candidate, able to anticipate needs and prioritise competing demands. Key responsibilities will include: Diary Management Scheduling internal and external meetings, briefings, and events Travel booking First point of contact for the senior team Inbox management Correspondence within the team and with internal and external stakeholders Meeting arrangements: booking rooms, equipment and refreshments; preparing agendas, reports and documentation; taking and distributing minutes. Project management support: supporting projects with documents and reports; proofreading; collating and presenting data when necessary. Event management: supporting with event coordination when required. To be suitable for this role, candidates will need to have the following skills and experience: Previous experience in a similar role (senior management level) Educated to degree level (or equivalent qualifications) Qualifications or training in administration, secretarial skills, or office management Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and produce highly accurate work Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English Proven ability to work with confidentiality and discretion Able to work independently while also able to support team members Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Flexibility in approach to work; able to work evenings/weekends when required.
