Our client, based near Cambridge, is looking for an experienced Business Support Administrator to join their team, to provide essential administrative support. This is a full time, office-based role, working in a busy environment with a lovely team that values collaboration. Key responsibilities will include: Acting as a first point of contact, welcoming visitors and answering the telephone Booking and preparing meeting rooms, organising catering and refreshments Weekly health and safety checks Organising and monitoring a proactive IT, stationery, and consumables system Providing general office and administrative support across the team. Candidates will need to have the following skills and experience to be suitable for the role: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask Previous experience of working in a small admin team English and Maths GCSE (minimum) A flexible and enthusiastic approach to work.
