The Role As a Collections Executive, you'll play a vital role in helping customers regain control of their accounts while delivering excellent customer service every step of the way. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Making outbound calls to customers in arrears with their invoice payment , aiming to resolve matters in a single call, you calls will be on an auto dialler so you don't even have to think who to call next !
