With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, efficient designs and a loyal base of repeat clients, we're involved in projects across the large residential, hotel, leisure, and commercial sectors The Role: We're looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to support and lead a design team of junior, graduate, and intermediate engineers. You'll take responsibility for managing multiple projects nationwide, ensuring design quality, compliance, and client satisfaction from concept through to completion. Key Responsibilities: Manage mechanical design and project coordination across multiple schemes Lead internal teams, ensuring delivery to agreed standards and deadlines Oversee financial control, fee monitoring, and resource planning Ensure design quality and compliance with company standards and statutory regulations Support and mentor junior engineers, promoting team development and technical excellence Liaise with clients and directors to maintain strong working relationships and identify new opportunities Attend site and client meetings, representing the company professionally Contribute to business development and maintain client satisfaction across projects About You: Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering / Design Engineering Proven experience managing mechanical design projects within the MEP space Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant design software Full UK driving licence, CSCS card, and valid passport Why Join Us: A basic Salary of £50,000 - £60,000 Strong forward workload with repeat clients Genuine opportunity for career progression Supportive team environment and flexible working options
