Mortgage Administrator Benfleet, Essex We are currently recruiting for a Mortgage Administrator for a growing Essex based Broker. We are looking for a candidate with at least 6 months of Mortgage Admin experience, who is looking for a new challenge. Responsibilities: Inputting of mortgage applications. Sending packaging requirements to the lender after application has been submitted. Creating tasks, records and reminders on Intelligent Office. Ensuring all documents are scanned to the activity, prior to and post offer. Creating invoices where applicable. Adding of fees to consultants' figures. Ensuring MI is up to date on relevant spreadsheets. Sending out of re-broke letters to clients. Ensuring that files are compliant post completion. Chasing lenders where required, and providing updates to clients where required to support the Consultants and Mortgage Executives. Updating of notes on Intelligent Office where applicable. Ensuring we have new business packs, i.e. Factfinds /Fee Agreements, and New Business checklist to pass to consultants ahead of meetings. Meeting with Lenders' Business Development Managers.

Mortgage & Insurance Administrator City Ideally up to £32,000 This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, successful firm. Duties include: Working alongside the Mortgage & Insurance Advisers dealing with sales support administration for mortgages, protection and general insurance business Preparing files and submitting cases Drafting suitability reports Compliance administration Ensuring the applications run smoothly, dealing with enquiries Liaising with clients, lenders, insurance companies Updating CRM system, ensuring all necessary documents are on file Using Google Suite/ Smartr365/ 27 Tec/ iPipeline Managing the annual renewal process for various insurance products Experience/Skills required: A team player who is professional, hardworking and diligent Strong IT skills, familiar with Google Suite/Office Mortgage or Insurance (or both) administration experience, from a broker background, au fait with different lenders (mostly residential) and insurers Friendly, motivated outlook Additional information: Monday to Friday, 9-5.30 Training provided Office based, London, City Salary: £28-32,000 (may consider higher for the right candidate) 20 days holiday birthday, rising to 25 days Cashplan/workplace pension Great career opportunity - this role is likely to progress into a Mortgage Paraplanner role

Senior BDM/Originator - Development Finance Very attractive package Open to SW London/ Southern Home Counties candidates only. We're looking for a high calibre BDM to join a family office that has been established for more than 50 years. You will have a great understanding of the bridging/ development/ commercial sector (non reg) and will be able to discuss a deal quite technically. Our Client is the type of company that only does deals they know will work. They are an ethical lender with a great reputation, liaising mostly directly with property developers as opposed to brokers. The Senior BDM will be able to source the right deal for the company, liaising closely with the Head of Lending & using your experience of the market to assess the risk involved. This is not a role where you are saying yes to any case. This is a role where you are paid handsomely, for making the right choices on behalf of a long-established organisation. It is imperative that the candidate has some of their own high-end property developer contacts.
