Client Account Manager / Administrator / Financial Services Administrator / £40k - £44k OTE / London Some firms say client service matters. This role is where that actually gets delivered. I'm recruiting for a financial planning business looking for a Client Account Manager / Administrator who can keep the wheels turning across reviews, new business, provider chasing, and day-to-day client support. You'll need to know your way around financial planning admin already. This is not an entry-level role. What you'll do: Prepare review packs Manage LOAs Chase providers Process pensions, investments and protection business Keep CRM records accurate Support advisers and help keep client work moving What you'll need: Experience in an IFA, wealth management or financial planning firm Confidence handling end-to-end admin processes Strong organisation and follow-up Good working knowledge of pensions and investments A calm, professional approach with clients and providers Proper attention to detail What you'll get: Bonus Increased pension contribution PMI+IP+CIP 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Option to buy 5 more days This suits someone who takes pride in getting the detail right and likes being the person people rely on.
