Daily management of bottle orders and bottle stocks. Managing key suppliers and staying in regular contact to ensure delivery dates are on target. Communicates any material issues and aligning with production/senior planner if there is any impact. Owning forward packaging and consumables procurement plan. Liasing with Warehouse Manager regarding shelf life and slow-moving stock to minimise any potential write-off and damages. Assisting in the transition to D365 from the existing Dynamics ERP system within the next 6 months, ensuring all master data related to planning is accurate and reflects OEE and demonstrable performance. Maintenance Supervisor Our prestigious and market leading client, based in Shipdham, is currently seeking a proactive Maintenance Supervisor. Investigate and take the necessary corrective actions to resolve any quality issues directly caused or influenced by the mill plant equipment. Drive continuous improvement across the site Ensure health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to by employees and non-employees on site. Promote, encourage and support health and safety initiatives. Lead by example, ensure a safe working environment for employees. Other duties: Responsible for site activity and security during weekend working Maintain a Maintenance Team call out rota and be available for out of hours call out cover two nights per week (plus rare Sunday cover). Also to include planned Saturday maintenance. Scope of the role: To effectively supervise the day-to-day maintenance staff, activity and tasks ultimately providing continuous production of the mill. The Supervisor role includes working hands on as a fitter with planned time to complete supervisory duties. Provide regular progress reports to the Head of HSEQ on implementation status. Contribute to the refinement and continuous improvement of health and safety arrangements. Generally working with the various production departments tackling any material supply problems they encounter; researching the issue and ensuring it is resolved properly for the future. Assisting the Production Department with all production planning associated tasks as required. Work with the Production admin team to ensure production orders for heavy outputs each month are completed and closed in a timely fashion with thorough reviews being carried out to minimise Material variances on each project as well as monthly reviews of created, printed, released and active orders to ensure the data is clean and up to date Production is the very heart of the business and planning & controlling every aspect from raw material movement to generating profiles and small assemblies for stock to ensuring we have enough labour at the right time to achieve outputs. The person in this role with have their finger on the pulse of production knowing where material & fabrications are and the status of each job; totally focussing on the prompt and accurate supply of material and labour including pushing things to sub-contracting if need be.
