The successful individual will oversee a substantial client portfolio, ensuring the highest standard of service delivery, while also contributing to the firm s continued growth and operational efficiency. A key focus of the role will be developing the team, enhancing client relationships, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and mitigate risk across the business.
