Job Title: Locum Residential Property Solicitor Location: London Contract: Locum with the potential to lead to a permanent role London based law firm are looking for an experienced conveyancing lawyer with circa 5 years PQE to join their legal team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing a wide range of property matters and ensuring seamless execution of transactions. This is a hands on position that requires strong technical ability, commercial awareness, and meticulous attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Manage and assist with all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions Conduct title checks, property searches, and due diligence. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and related documentation. Maintain accurate case records, documentation, and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Provide administrative and legal support to partners and fee earners across the property department. Assist in post completion matters, including registration and stamp duty submissions.
