The Role In this role, you will coordinate and manage information requests from across the organisation, prepare investigation packs, and track case progress to ensure timely and accurate submissions. You will work closely with colleagues to gather statements, evidence, and updates, supporting the team to deliver high-quality responses to Ombudsman enquiries. Key Responsibilities Coordinate internal information requests for Ombudsman investigations, ensuring materials are collected within deadlines. Prepare and collate documentation into clear, accurate investigation packs. Track active case deadlines and remind stakeholders of upcoming requirements. Maintain accurate records of submissions, outstanding actions, and case progress. Ensure all documentation is complete, consistent, and meets agreed standards. Liaise with colleagues across the organisation to gather necessary statements and evidence. Support administrative tasks associated with case handling, such as file management and logging requests.
