This is not a traditional sales role. It's a strategic leadership position focused on building long-term relationships with NHS organisations, influencing capital investment programmes, identifying opportunities before they reach procurement and helping secure major framework appointments and flagship healthcare projects. The Role Reporting into the senior leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving the growth of the healthcare sector across the UK. Working with NHS Trusts, Integrated Care Systems (ICSs), NHS England and private healthcare providers, you'll develop executive-level relationships, position the business early within capital programmes and lead strategic engagement across some of the UK's largest healthcare opportunities. Working closely with operational, technical and bid teams, you'll ensure the business is recognised as a trusted delivery partner capable of providing innovative, sustainable and long-term solutions. Key responsibilities include: Developing strategic relationships across NHS Trusts, ICSs and wider healthcare organisations. Identifying future capital investment opportunities before they enter formal procurement. Leading client engagement across major healthcare programmes and national frameworks. Working alongside senior operational and technical teams to develop compelling client strategies. Influencing framework opportunities including major healthcare capital investment programmes. Acting as the executive sponsor for key healthcare accounts. Supporting bid strategies and helping improve overall win rates. Representing the business at industry events, conferences and senior client meetings. Providing market intelligence and helping shape future healthcare growth strategy. About You This opportunity would suit an experienced client-facing leader who has developed strong relationships within the healthcare sector and understands how major public sector capital projects are secured. You will be operationally responsible for running the team, its performance and adherence to company standards and values. Key duties will include: Ensure all teams work to all regulatory and compliance requirements. As part of this major project, they are looking for a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join their team Role Overview : The Site Engineer will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations of the £200m project , ensuring that construction activities are completed on time, to specification, and in compliance with health and safety regulations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a large-scale development and work alongside industry experts. Key Responsibilities : Oversee daily site operations, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget. Set out, level, and survey the site to ensure accuracy in construction work. Liaise with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project progression. Ensure all works comply with health and safety regulations at every stage of the project. Supervise subcontractors and on-site labour to maintain high standards of workmanship. Conduct regular quality control checks and report any issues or delays to the project management team. Maintain accurate records of site activities, drawings, and specifications.
