They've invested heavily in their asset base and are now looking for someone to take ownership of compliance across the portfolio. This role is very delivery-focused. You'll be coming in to assess current compliance levels, challenge existing data (which isn't fully reliable), and drive a clear plan to bring all assets up to standard. The first 3 months will be key, setting up schedules, implementing monitoring processes, and creating structure across the portfolio.
