The successful contractor will focus on carrying out first and last-off inspections, product audits, critical dimensional measurements, and maintaining quality standards across manufacturing operations. Overview - Working closely with Production, Quality and Warehouse teams, you will help ensure products consistently meet customer specifications and manufacturing standards. Quality Inspector responsibilities include: Carrying out first and last-off inspections throughout manufacturing operations. Completing product audits to ensure customer specifications and quality standards are met. Performing dimensional inspections using precision measuring equipment including verniers and micrometers. Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to verify product compliance. Supporting non-conformance and quarantine activities where required. Quality Inspector desirable skills and experience: Previous experience working within a Quality Inspector, or similar manufacturing quality position. Technical qualifications such as an Apprenticeship, HNC, HND or equivalent practical manufacturing experience would be advantageous.
