Handyman -Temporary Contract Location: Downham Market, Norfolk The Role: We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to support an upcoming project in Downham Market, Norfolk . This is a temporary position for approximately 10 weeks, working closely alongside an experienced Site Manager on the refurbishment of derelict residential properties. You will be assisting with a range of general maintenance and second-fix tasks to help bring properties back up to standard. Key Responsibilities: Assisting with general property refurbishment works Door and cabinet adjustments Installing door stops and skirting Second-fix carpentry works Installing shelves, wall units, plinths, and window sills Basic lock replacements Installing trickle vents and coving Toilet pan installations Window adjustments Supporting the Site Manager with day-to-day tasks as required Requirements: Proven experience as a handyman or multi-trade operative Basic carpentry and general maintenance skills Ability to work effectively as part of a small team Own tools preferred Reliable, punctual, and proactive If this is of interest to you, then please click apply!

Our large Property Maintenance Client is looking to recruit a Repairs Scheduling Administrator who will be based in their office in their Potters Bar Office (EN6). Please note this is temp role for 12 weeks, with a view for a permanent role.
