Working Foreman / Skilled Landscaper Start Date: January 2026 Location: Office based in Wandsworth, with projects across London and occasional sites outside London About the Role We are looking for an experienced Working Foreman / Skilled Landscaper to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position, working on the tools daily while also overseeing site teams and ensuring that all health & safety and project paperwork is completed to a high standard. You will take a lead role on a variety of large-scale landscaping projects, including groundworks, stonework, concrete formwork, and all aspects of hard landscaping. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of landscapers on site Carry out skilled landscaping tasks, including paving, stone laying, setting levels from drawings, and general hard landscaping Ensure all works are delivered to specification, on time, and to the highest quality Complete site paperwork, RAMS, and health & safety checks where required Act as a point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication and professionalism Support project delivery from start to finish Required Tickets & Certifications SMSTS First Aid CSCS Blue Card Full UK Driver s Licence Candidate Profile We are seeking someone with: Strong landscaping trade experience Proven supervisory experience on landscaping projects Ability to read drawings and set levels accurately Hands-on experience across all landscaping disciplines Good communication skills and confidence in client-facing environments A proactive approach to health & safety and site paperwork Ideal Background / What We Look for on a CV Paving and stone laying experience Strong hard landscaping background Experience working on medium-to-large site projects Demonstrable supervisory responsibilities Health & safety awareness and admin capability Client-facing experience
