We're looking for a Solicitor to join our Property, Planning and Highways Team within Conwy County Borough Council's Law and Governance service. This is a key role providing high quality Residential and Commercial Property advice and offering support across the organisation. You will provide advice and draft appropriate legal documentation in relation to property matters including complex and high value property transactions, with particular reference to residential and commercial conveyancing transactions, development agreements, construction contracts. You'll play an important part in ensuring we deliver a responsive, trusted and professional legal service.
