We work for public and private organizations of all sizes and across all sectors. We are looking for a Service Agent Driver. This is a brilliantly varied job where you will be the face of Elis to many of our amazing customers, you will offer support, insight and exceptional service to ensure that the relationship between the customer and Elis is maintained to the highest standard. In return you will receive a competitive basic salary a Annule performance bonus and the opportunity to earn commission on all additional sales you generate. Mon to Fri 45 hours per week £12.39 per hour Responsibilities for a Service Agent Driver: To be the company's 'Service Ambassador' with our customers To ensure that all contact with our customers is honest, polite and helpful To comply with the road transport legislation To know and understand the multi drop scheduled delivery routes that have been allocated To deliver and collect Garments, Textiles and Units to and from Elis branch and our customers To maintain, replenish or replace hand dispensers To accurately record each customer delivery and collection according to current work instructions, including customer queries. Requirements for Service Agent Driver: Customer focused with experience in a customer facing role Collection / Delivery Experience Manual Handling Experience Attention to detail and well organised Flexible and able to react quickly to the needs of the customer and Elis Patient, polite and courteous and articulate Driving licence Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £12.39 per hour Expected hours: 45 per week Benefits: Company events Health & wellbeing programme On-site parking Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Licence/Certification: Driver CPC (required) C or C+E Driving Licence (required) Work authorisation: United Kingdom (required) Work Location: In person
