Finance Manager - City of London Immediate Start / Short Notice £55,000 - £70,000 (DOE) + excellent benefits Hybrid Working - 2 days per week in the office Are you a talented finance professional looking for your next challenge? We're seeking a hands on Finance Manager to join an ambitious fast growing business with a strong community driven ethos. This is a unique opportunity to work across the business supporting the leadership team while making a real impact on day to day operations and strategic growth. What you will be doing: Managing full accounts: receivables, payables, daily banking and reconciliations. Preparing management accounts, forecasts, cashflow reports and board packs. Handling taxation, year end accounts, audits and payroll. Supporting HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, benefits and policy compliance. Driving continuous improvement in accounting processes and reporting systems. Who we're looking for: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Strong technical and numerical skills with advanced Excel and Power BI experience. Experience with Xero, Hubspot CRM and Microsoft Office preferred. Detail oriented, proactive and able to meet tight deadlines. Excited about working in a start up environment and growing with the business. A great communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams.
