What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Experience in international move management, shipping or global mobility would be advantageous, although full training will be provided for the right individual. A good understanding of international shipping, customs regulations and restricted goods. Knowledge of industry standards such as FIDI or BAR would be beneficial. Experience using CRM or move management software, such as Moveware , would be an advantage. Excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills. Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach. The ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining excellent attention to detail. About You To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have: Experience within freight forwarding, import operations or customs. A strong understanding of customs procedures, warehousing and bonded movements. Knowledge of CargoWise and customs systems such as CNS, Destin8, CDS, ASM or Ricardo. A good understanding of Bills of Lading, Incoterms and shipping documentation. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure. A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
