About the Digital Designer role: We re looking for a talented Digital Design Associate to conceptualise, create, and deliver visually compelling assets across a variety of formats and platforms. From interactive and static visuals to video and HTML content, you ll play a key role in shaping high-impact designs that elevate our brand presence. This includes crafting standout eCommerce materials, such as product imagery, promotional banners, and tailored graphics for online retail alongside supporting print and broader visual communications. Responsibilities as our Digital Designer: Produce high quality, attractive and functional designs across a wide range of digital mediums. Maintain a high standard of design across all channels and asset types. Produce all work in adherence to the brand identity guidelines. Create and maintain Best Practice and Style guidelines to support the Digital Design area. Collaborate with other team members to ensure that tasks and projects are managed effectively. Maintain and share technical knowledge of best practices for digital assets. Maintain an awareness of industry and market trends to keep your style up-to-date and relevant. Experience you ll bring as our Digital Designer: Experience working as a multi-skilled Designer in an in-house design team or agency. Intermediate or above skill level in Adobe Software: Photoshop, After Effects. Firm understanding of technical design requirements for digital application. Experience in Adobe software; Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Premiere Pro, Keyshot Behaviors you ll need: Experience of collaborating with a diverse set of colleagues and clients. Demonstratable experience of working to tight deadlines and adhering to critical paths. Flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances in a busy working environment.
