Primary Purpose The position of provides a key leadership role within the cross-functional engineering team. The individual is responsible for the on-time delivery of high-quality software for our complex engineering products and for working closely with other staff members in Research & Development, systems engineering, Product management and applications. Responsibilities and Duties Lead a team of data scientists in their delivery of high quality, fault-tolerant software, often in a time sensitive manner. Own the Data Science strategy for the company and be able to communicate effectively with the other functions/departments. People management of your team - career development, recruitment, mentoring, training, appraisals.
