A Senior Quantity Surveyor will become an integral part of the Commercial Team, and will be responsible for assisting the Commercial Department and project team to maximize profit and reduce risk. Key Responsibilities: Compile relevant information for the preparation of reports and claims within agreed timescales. Assist with the implementation of commercial applications for site personnel while developing lasting relationships with Business Unit and Project Managers. Refer to the project risk management plan for thorough, accurate, high-level risk assessment. Monitor the register and related documentation in accordance with the plan. Manage all sub-contractors, ensuring compliant quotations/enquiries/applications are submitted within required timescales.
