Compliance Risk Assessor - Air & Water Quality Full-time Slough/ Watford/Harlow (North London) Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Benefits We're looking for a skilled Compliance Risk Assessor to join our client's team, conducting air and water quality surveys across client sites throughout the UK. This is a hands-on role requiring technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to keeping clients safe and compliant. What You'll Do Carry out Legionella and Ventilation Risk Assessments in line with ACoP L8, BS EN 15780, and TR19 standards. Identify compliance gaps and create action plans to bring sites up to standard. Produce detailed reports and schematics using digital compliance systems. Liaise with clients to explain findings and recommend remedial actions. Support the sales team by generating leads and providing technical input for quotes. Maintain and calibrate specialist survey equipment and PPE. Stay up to date with air and water hygiene legislation and industry best practices. What We're Looking For Experience & Skills: Proven experience in Legionella risk assessments and water hygiene services. Knowledge of ventilation systems and compliance standards (BS EN 15780 / TR19). Strong understanding of health and safety practices, including PPE and lone working protocols. Ability to produce clear, accurate reports and schematics. Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills. Full UK driving licence - nationwide travel required. Desirable: Experience with tank cleaning, TMV servicing, closed-loop testing, or remedial works. Familiarity with digital compliance systems and schematic drawing tools (e.g., Viso).
