Mobile Paint / SMART Repair Technician Are you an experienced Paint/SMART Repair technician and looking for a new challenge in the Stoke on Trent and wider Staffordshire area? If the answer is YES , then you could be just the SMART Repairer we are looking for! The successful candidate will provide SMART Paint Repair services on a regular basis to our dealership partners/trade customers in and around Stoke on Trent and the Staffordshire area, thus offering excellent earning potential. The successful Mobile SMART Paint Repair Technician should have a valid UK driving licence, be physically fit, well presented, friendly, customer focussed and most importantly work to a high standard! Successful applicants should expect to work Monday to Friday. Additional requirements are as follows:- A self motivated individual and able to work on their own initiative Preferably, 4 years' paint repair experience (Preferably ATA/IMI/QAA and working to PAS 125 formats) Good knowledge and application of fillers. Able to paint a minimum of 2 vertical panels and blend Has great attention to detail Has been customer facing in former roles Good command of English and Maths required Prepared to travel from a home start to carry out SMART Repairs on a daily basis Able to be flexible with hours on occasion as our customers require Good time keeper All applicants will be invited to undertake a paint assessment at our Liverpool Regional Centre before any offer is made (we will reimburse any travel expenses you incur to attend in cash on the day), and following this, if successful, further training and/or upskilling can be offered to understand our processes and procedures. Automotive Repair Systems Ltd is one of the largest independent SMART Repair companies in the UK, with over 160 mobile and static paint technicians working on our behalf. Due to an internal move, we are now recruiting an experienced paint repair technician to be based at one of our static SMART/Paint Repair Booths in Wimbledon. The successful automotive paint technician will service the daily Paint/SMART repair needs of our Dealership Partner from our on-site SMART Repair Booth, offering excellent earning potential. We expect you to possess a valid UK driving licence, be physically fit, well presented, friendly, customer focussed and most importantly work to a high standard! You should expect to work Monday to Friday during Franchised Motor Dealer opening hours. Paint Repair Technician.
