Summary of the role This is not a standard HR admin role. We are rebuilding our People function from the ground up and implementing a new HR system. Before we can do that, we need to fix the foundations -and this role is central to that mission. You will lead the audit, clean-up and transformation of all People data, ensuring it is accurate, compliant and ready to power a modern HR system. This is a rebuild, not a replacement. You will help us define what "good" looks like for People data and systems. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you will see the results of your work immediately. Key Responsibilities 1. Data Audit & Transformation: Audit all employee data, files, and records across the full lifecycle Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and compliance risks Cleanse and standardise datasets ready for HRIS migration Create clear data structures, formats, and naming conventions 2. HRIS Implementation Support: Prepare data for upload into the new system Support system testing and validation Work directly with the Transformation Specialist on implementation planning Help design simple, sustainable future data processes 3. Compliance & Governance: Ensure personnel records meet safeguarding, GDPR and statutory requirements Bring all files to an audit-ready standard Support accuracy of key compliance records (e.g. vetting documentation) 4. Process Redesign: Identify inefficient manual processes Help move the team from admin-heavy to system-led working Embed controls to maintain ongoing data integrity Supporting the P&C Team with data led culture change 5. Quality Assurance: Act as the team's data accuracy expert Build simple checks and reporting to maintain standards.

The Dance Department has an outstanding tradition of excellence in teaching, performance and production. The post holder will join a highly talented Performing Arts Faculty of 26 teachers who bring industry expertise across Drama, Dance and Musical Theatre. ArtsEd was recognised in 2024 with a 'significant strength' by ISI and the ISA National Award for Excellence, and in 2025 won three National School Theatre Awards, highlighting its exceptional academic and performance outcomes. Working closely with the Head of Dance and the BTEC Dance Pathway Lead, the successful candidate will help shape a dynamic, industry-relevant dance curriculum. Dance is well resourced, with performances in the Andrew Lloyd Webber Foundation Theatre, studios and external venues, alongside regular theatre visits across London. Strive for excellence in the quality of teaching and learning within the department and ensure that curricular records are kept and reports written. Assessment & Feedback: To create class-based assessment work for internal dance assessments, mark and provide written scores and feedback. To maintain and monitor appropriate records of students' learning and achievements, curricular records, and assessments. Lead rehearsals for live and recorded performances. Support Productions: To assist in planning and managing BTEC and KS3 and KS4 Dance productions in collaboration with director/choreographer teams. To rehearse students to be confident when performing enabling them to achieve success, be it for an exam or production. Audition Preparation: To prepare students and pupils for external auditions - this extends from conservatoire and university auditions to auditions for professional work and includes support as appropriate with preparing self-tapes. ArtsEd Audition Process: To participate in the school's audition and selection processes for prospective students. Departmental responsibilities: To supervise the use and care of the rooms assigned to Dance classes, including adherence to relevant Health and Safety regulations in studios and other facilities.
