Commercial Finance Director - The Person: This role will suit a proactive, commercially astute qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) seeking a varied hands-on role with a growing group business. Proven track record of financial leadership experience and strategic decision making in SME manufacturing businesses, experience of group structured businesses would be beneficial. You will enjoy using your commercial skills - able to see the bigger picture and plan ahead whilst also being hands on to deliver effective change where needed. A natural problem-solver with excellent analytical skills you'll be able to prioritise and meet deadlines in fast-paced businesses. You'll be a first-rate communicator able to inspire, persuade and influence, with the ability to lead and positively manage and empower others to achieve. You will be a team player and enjoy working in a collaborative manner with colleagues at all levels in the group. Strong IT skills with experience of Sage 200 beneficial.
